How long does it take? How many sessions?

This depends on the needs and logistics of your organization. A half-day session is ideal to start. I often work with instructional designers who place my Creative Engagement training within a multi-day program to serve as the "metaphor" that is referenced as the training progresses. As far as the number of sessions, I have provided stand-alone programs and year-long immersions.

 

How many people can participate?

I have worked with as few as four and as many as 125.

 

Do you mix different levels of employees?

Yes. This can be very effective, depending on the desired outcome, and it is also fine to work within specific levels. Sometimes I work with small groups separately and then bring everyone together for a big collaborative session at the end.

 

I am not an artist. How can this program work for me?

No prior artistic experience is assumed or necessary. Art is simply an accessible vehicle to get us where we want to go. Whether the last time you picked up a crayon was yesterday or when you were five, wherever you are is just right. You will succeed!

 

How much does this cost?
